Hey R2R, I’m hoping that you can help me identify what these little buggers are. They were stationary, no movement. I think it’s algae, but I’m no expert.

Thanks for any help!

I should give some more info. I first got these when I pulled my chaeto reactor and set up the refugium in my sump. I got chaeto from a LFS at the same time as a friend, and we both had these things take over our refugiums. I pulled the chaeto after a week, turned off the lights, and started dosing H202. Worked like a charm. I just set my new frag tank up, it's plumbed to the same sump. These things took over in a couple days. Back to short light period, manual removal (they blow off with a turkey baster easy) and h202 dosing. If I leave them alone, they get long and stringy. Like real long and stringy. In white lights the clumps look green.
