Algae? Dino? Please Help

Hello everyone, thanks for reading.

I have been trying to get rid of this thing for months now. I have changed the aquascape to eliminate dead spots, I have added an MP40 for a total of 2 and 2 RedSea Wave45. I believe there is plenty of flow, albeit not completely across the tank given that is 70 inches wide, but there are two power heads on each side.

Any help in identifying this and helping me get rid of it.

It’s consistent with the stringy sprouting from the sand, it’s about 1 inch and move with the flow.

I just finished a 7 day blackout and Chemiclean. I siphoned some out today and did a 20% water change. An hour later the sand bed started to color redish.

Ugh really frustrating
