Hair algae growing in sump. Probably hair algae taking over?

Any advice.

How is the flow in the fuge ?
What's your return rate?

What light are you using?

By disappear you mean literally ?
Not die , crumble, wilt etc ?

Just to clarify, you mean macro algae right? As in caulerpa and chaeto? I have had varying degrees of success with different types of macros. Let me know what types you have and I'll see if I can help. I don't see anything that jumps out at me from what you listed so far. The questions raised above would be helpful to know as well.

Yes macro. Caulerpa.

I have several different species of caulerpa in my refugium. My parameters are similar to yours except I have had an ULNS but am currently transitioning to a LNS. So I think the parameters you listed are good.

All I have is a cheap no name led, maybe a watt or two, over the fuge and a Build My LED 20K on the DT which has caulerpa in it too. I have my lights on full for about 10 hours a day. So long as you have some light for close to this amount of time, then I think it should be doing fine.

Is anything growing on the caulerpa? If I don't clean the dinos off of mine it will die.
