Algae eating fish

Im looking for a good algae eating fish for my 29g biocube and i have no idea what to look for and would like some suggestions.. I have in there now just a pair of snowflakes and some crabs and a couple of snails but the algae continues to grow.. I love tangs but the tank is way to small for one of those... Thank You

You could look into a Bristletooth Tang, like a Tomini.

Wow that Bristletooth Tang is a beautiful fish, but im concerned that he would be to big for a little 29g cube.. I donno much about blenny's

Bleeney would be best for that size tank lawnmower blennies are great algae eaters.

Ok.. So I have had a lawnmower blenny in there for a little over a month now and he goes around picking at the glass and some parts of the rock.. He isn't eating any pellets yet, but he algae continues to grow... I bought a emerald crab a few weeks ago to see if that would help but nothing seems to eat this stuff...
The algae I'm referring to is dark green to brown, normally only grows on the sand and looks like grass and grows in little bunches... and its driving me crazy...

Get a sea hare, I got one the other day and he hasn't stopped munching on the algea.

I would have to agree that the sea hare is your best shot and very quickly removing this algae. I bought one and placed in a 68 gallon that had a hair algae problem and after three weeks its almost completely gone. Good luck...

Ahh yes, that is the dreaded hair algae, you will need a sea hare for that stuff. I have noticed that Astrea snails eat it too just not as effectively.
