What are these algae? How do I remove it? Is there anything I can add to my water to slow it down?

Either green hair algae or bryopsis, these algae’s bloom in high nutrient tanks, so double check your nutrient import and export are matched. If you don’t have high nutrients like po4 and no3 then you can try the chemical approach. You can dose vibrant or h202 or even fluconazole.
If you don’t want to add those, then you can remove the coral, take the rock out and scrub with a corse brush.
Make sure your magnesium is not low, I notice algae issues and slower coraline growth when my magnesium starts getting low.
