I'd try chemiclean i am just dialing my skimmer in after 48 hour treatment... mine is all gone but all systems vary. Make sure to crank the skimmer all the way up with no cup on top and add an airstone or 3 and water changes after 48 hours

Cuc and manually pulling the alage. Also how often are you doing water changes? Id recommend increasing them possible 10% to 15% per week. Scraping alage ahead of water change.

A huge CUC

Get a couple tangs

Add an algae reactor of some sort

Add lots of elbow grease pulling that out, and siphoning it out as you pull it

And this is a miracle for what you have

Any brand should work, a waterproof cordless toothbrush

Add bottled bacteria

It looks like cyano. In the video I see no water movement, cyano loves low flow, would suggest to increase the flow along the sandbed.
