Algae help please

I am having a Algae outbreak and I need some suggestions on clean up crew to help keep this down. The biggest thing this is a Seahorse tank 50 gallons so the crew is limited as to what I can have. I have been hesitant to crabs or urchin because of the horses. At this time here is what I have for clean up
Nasarius snails ——- 12
Certh Snails ———— 20
Torcus snails ———— 10
Nerite snails ———- 10
Tail Spot —————- 1
Rainford gobie ——— 1

Po = . 05
nitrate = about 20 due to the heave feeding for the horses
what will help get this under control . I change 15 gallons water each week through AWC

Do you have a skimmer? Have you tried Vibrant?

Over sized on the skimmer, running fuge. been using Vibrant from start as a maintanice dose.
