So what do u think This is ?? Towards the back of my zoa it looks like briopsis but what are the leaves ??

Those fat flat leaves look like Ulva. The other stuff might be Bryopsis, but Green Hair algae is another possibility too.
The leaves of Bryopsis will look like little ferns, as opposed to the thin strands of GHA.

What do I do for ulva? I have a phosphate reactor. How do I get rid of this.

Just try & manually remove as much of it as you can before your next water change. If you can mow it down real short though, perhaps some of your snails will finish it off or you. (Turbo, Trochus) Another option is to use a wire brush to remove the remainder. GL.

My yellow tang is in my qt I am putting him in my display soon because my prazipro treatment is almost done and there are no signs of ich so he is ready to be put in soon. I looked it up and it says ulva is a good macro algae and that tangs love it. Do u think he will contain it once I put him in ? Do yellow gangs eat a lot of algae?

Yeah, Yellow tangs do eat a lot of algae, but whether or not it will eat this algae in particular remains to be seen. Every fish is different. I think your chances are pretty good though.

That leafy stuff looks like sea lettuce. I think your tang will love it. The hair algae or bropysis I'd be more concerned about.
