Algae I’d?

Can anyone help me identify this stuff. My first assumption is turf but I’m not sure. It’s getting a little out of control. No detectable PO4 no nitrate tests at the moment. Dosed Fluc and it did very little to nothing. Blue tuxedo urchin doesn’t seem to do much to it either. Open to suggestions.

I have some in my tank too. I have out it in front of a few experts and no one seems to know what it is. Unfortunately, nothing seems to eat it. I just pull it manually

Stuff attaches itself ridiculously secure. I can pull some but most of it clings to the rock so well I can pick up the rock by the algae. Weird thing is it grows on the sandbed too. Whatever it is I hate it.

On a positive note, I just caught an emerald crab picking at it and actually eating it. That gives me hope.
