Algae Id and help fast please!

Hey guys,

I have been battling this algae but don't know what to do anymore I believe its calothrix but its choking out corals now. Hopefully you guys can help and what to do next!

Looks like gha with bubbles in it to me, so must be calothrix. I had that stuff when my tank was still maturing. How long has your tank been running?

I agree that knowing phosphates and nitrates will help with a potential solution. Please let us know what they are when you get a chance. But don't worry it's just algae. You can beat this as long as you don't go overboard with treatment.
