Can anyone tell me what type of algae this is? Is it turf algae, green hair algae???? And what can I do to get rid of it? It's taking over everything in my tank in a hurry along with red cyano.

What you have is Hair algae.
Lower the nutrients in your system.
Dose a little bacteria in your tank to help so doing that.
Have you been testing for Po4 and No3 and if so you register that for yourself.

Most algae in any type in our reef are the results of high phosphate food or just plain to much feedings.
Some phosphate can leach out from your rocks as they might not be cured enough.
cutting down on feedings or just don't feed at all for a day or two to get a hold on it and let the bacteria do their work.

How do I no if I'm getting false readings on no3 and po4? Mine are both 0

Yes false readings cause your algae is taking all the No3 and Po4 before you can detect them.
Cause you getting 0.0 doesn't mean you have 0.0.
What test kits you using?
to get a head of the game start manual removing your HA, yes that is a pain in the rear.
Cut back on feedings, regular water changes like three time a week, reduce light period by 40% and the awesome manual removing of the HA of the rock......................... don't you love this hobby ;)
Believe me it will pay off.
What skimmer do you run or any other nutrients removing reactors?

Skimmer lol! Funny you mentioned that. I'm running a sea clone 100. That's probably half the problem. It's a 60 gallon tank! I have a 1 gallon hob fuge that's packed full of Chaeto.

For filter, I run a marineland c-530 canister. I have everything removed except for 1 tray of purigen, 1 tray of 2 bags of chemi-pure elite, and at the beginning and end I have a piece of filter foam.

That's your problem right there.
Canister filter are phosphate factories IMO.
If you don't clean these every other day the dirty filter material is basically putting it back into your system as phosphate.
Me see here many threads with questions of the same problem if running a canister filter.
Of course there are exception by time but in your case if you clean your mechanical filtration in the canister and a extra water change per week (2 in stead of 1) removing the HA by hand, you will see improvement.
Ask Santa for a sump with a decent skimmer.
You will enjoy this hobby much more as it is.

Well, that's the thing. In my canister I have all the original filter media removed. The only thing I have in the is a tray of purigen, a tray of chemipure elite and filter foam
