Algae ID: Brown Hair, Bryopisis or GHA?

Hey guys any help here with some ID. I’ve looked at so many posts and haven’t seen something that looks like this… not sure what to do, my nitrates haven’t gotten over 13 and my phos has always been around .02-0.06 but it just keeps growing…it seems like it grow back over night I’ll brush a rock and then it’ll grow right back. Running a UV and protein skimmer that works pretty well. Worried about adding any chemicals since I have quite a few expensive acro frags and a beautiful clam
