Algae ID Diatoms? Cyano? Dinos?

Hi,
Hoping for a bit of help identifying what I’m dealing with…
Three months into this tank… took eye off the ball a bit due to dealing with some diseased fish in QT.
These have just popped up in the last couple of days, siphon doesn’t lift them. They get worse as the day does on. Currently mainly on sand bed.

Have just increased lighting a bit due to adding first few frags. Is it just diatoms due to that?
Params taken today are:
Temp 25.9 c
Salinity 1.025
Alk 8.6
Cal 450
Mag 1320
Nit 10
Phos 0.1

Do you think it’s just diatoms from upping the lights? It does seem quite ‘clumpy’ though not like a dust.
