Algae ID help needed

I can’t seem to match my algae issue with any pictures I’ve seen. Can someone help me identify. It popped up a couple of weeks ago and is spreading over everything.

I would guess a sponge as well rather than algae.

also look at chrysophytes, if it's gel-like.

Thank you for the replies. I thought sponges at first as well but to grow on everything in a week or two time span kinda made me think it was an algae.

as for chrysophytes... it is slimy. Very slimy. It might be this as well.

any suggestions on what is causing this? I test no phos or nitrates. Near zero.
