Algae I'd help please

I need some help please ! I have just started to notice this stuff in the past few weeks, and can't figure out what it is. I added some new rock a few months back ( brs base rock ) the white kind from dry ancient reef .. Also not reading any po4 above .02 no3 0 and akl 10dkh ca 470 mag1460 using no3/ po4x and not over feeding doing 20% wc a week can't figure out what this stuff is green and fuzzy real short and soft looking..

I would take that zoa plug out and dip it for five minutes in 25% hydrogen peroxide to tank water.
