Algae ID help please.

I looked at the green algae under a microscope but I’m having a hard time identifying it. Looks like a bunch of green sausages strung together. Anyone have an idea of what it is and how to get rid of it? It’s a 6 month old tank and I started with dry rocks. So I’ve assumed it’s just running it’s course. But it’s a daily battle.
