Algae ID help

Any help in identifying this algae or potentially bacteria/fungus would be much appreciated normally it’s smaller and tighter to the rocks but every once in a while it does this and extends.

does it go away after the lights turn off, or decrease in size/volume? if so, likely dino's.

It doesn’t appear to change all that much when lights go out.
