Hello! I need help please with algae ID. I thought it was cyano but it doesn’t seem to react to chemiclean. This photo is after 24 hours who knows if after 48 it will be dramatically different. Ph is 8.6, salinity 1.026, temperature 80, Nitrates 9.6, Phosphates 0.06. This is in a 250 with 4 mP40s so flow is good. Running Kessil a360x 8 hours/day, just finished a 15 day treatment of Reef Flux about a week ago and did a 30% water change. Planning for another 20% tomorrow after the 48 hour period is complete.

Probably a mix of Cyanobacteria and photosynthetic dinoflagellates
