Just curious what this “grassy” algae may be and if it should be a concern(algae at the start of the video)? Also the pink algae growth, is this coralline algae or just a different pink/purple variety? How can you tell the difference?

Green hair algae
An indication nitrate and /or phosphate may be elevated. Often caused or also by using tap water from faucet instead of RODI water and too much light. Reduce white light intensity.
You can pull by hand and allow snails to clean up such as:
Astrea
cerith
nerite
turbo grazer

6-8 carribean blue leg hermit
pencil urchin

What type of water are you using
what test kits are you using
Is tank at or near window?

I’m using rodi water and saltwater from my lfs. It’s near a window but doesn’t get direct sunlight. I do have some turbo and astrea snails and blue leg hermits. May be high nitrates. I think I have one to many fish in the tank but haven’t been able to catch the damsel I want to get rid of.

Just reduced white light, it was on par with the purple line prior.

Test your RODI water from LFS. It may be high and They dont know it
Also, overfeeding will increase levels . As for sunlight (My suspect)- you'd be surprised the power of UV from Indirect sunlight. It will penetrate curtains and shades. You can block the side that facers window with Black construction paper from Wmart . UV will positively support this algae as will bright white lighting
