I am trying to ID this algae that is popping up in my tank...... little green tubes. Not much of it so I am removing with tweezers for now. Any ideas on ID?

Pics are fuzzy but appears to be bryopsis which is a challenging algae
To get rid of this, you can start by pulling as much as you can by hand but most Important is removing as much as you can by hand and then you MUST REMOVE THE ROOTS
As long as the roots are there, it will keep coming back. Removal is best done with a dental pick or small crochet needle and discard
Pitho crabs, chiton snails and ninja star snails will help with control after removal
