Algae ID in Newer Tank - Dinos?

Need help identifying algae growth in a 1-month-old tank. I have a lot of what appears to be tufts of greenish/brown algae growing on the back glass. I'm not as worried about this, however, the long stringy algae is ALL over the rocks and sand. It's almost hair-like, very fine, and as long as 3-4 inches in some cases. Some tiny bubbles can be seen at the tips. It's reddish-brown, some strands are thicker than others. My fear is dinos, but I have not done any further testing yet. I can still see it when the lights are off in the tank however seems to be worse during the day.

My nitrates are 0...looking to raise those up. My phosphates are .03. Not sure they ever totally bottomed out. Excuse the clown photo bomb.

looks like it, dinos and ugly phase. Try raising nutrients and adding some bottled bac. If it disappears at night UV can kill it.

Try and get rid of that GHA before it spreads!

editing my response so it's more clear. It looks like I may be dealing with two different things. One looks like a form of green hair algae. The other looks like long hair-like reddish/brown strings that seem to come in go every hour. These can be easily sucked up with a baster and also float around the tank. Some have bubbles, some don't. The white BG photo below is one of the thicker strings that I sucked up.

Grab some of the green hair and compare it to this.

Nothing to worry about I have bryopsis to , it grows in refugium and I use it to feed tangs lol my arrow crab loves to eat it also. At this point I would simply increase nitrate and phosphate and have more algae to make sure Dino’s doesn’t get a foothold
