Algae ID (Microscope image)

Hi All,

I have been fighting with this annoying algae for a few months in a mature tank. I just bought a microscope and wonder if anyone can confirm what it is.

They grow on rocks, hair-like, and I can pull it off, but cannot completely clear it. Grow super fast (3-4cm per week).

Under microscope it looks super long filament, with a thin membrane which contains a lot of green dots in it.
