Algae ID please

I recently started to see this around my tank a little, it's on some rocks, and even on the sand bed a little. It looks like Chaeto.... but I don't know if it is, never really see Chaeto attach itself to rocks before.

Any idea what it is? And how I can get rid of it?

Sorry need a daylight image, if possible turn down the blues.

But yes I have had types of Chaeto grow on rocks.

Looks like a piece of Cheeto in first pic. I would just remove that rock haha and call it a day


Second pic looks like diatoms? Cant really tell. You using RODI water?

From the small chutes I see on the rocks, possibly Caulerpa Nummularia.
But I'm guessing from your shots.
