Algae ID please

I got these type of hair algae growing on just one rock. Is a dry rock I put it in not too long ago.

It's hard to tell, too much blue. Looks like the algae might be spreading. Did the rock look clean when you put it in, where did it come from? Also, what are your no3 and po4 parameters?
 
Personally I would pull it out and put it in a bucket with some Rodi water and hydrogen peroxide for a day after scrubbing it all off. Then do a double rinse in plain Rodi water before putting it back in the tank.

Yeah, not sure which one this is either but it doesn't look like any "good" algae I've seen. I would first attempt to do as I previously posted. It's at least a good place to start. In the meantime maybe someone with a little better knowledge of which algae this is will chime in with a better solution.
