This should be pretty simple for all you experts, and I used to have a great article bookmarked with this exact algae on it many years ago .. but I can't find it and its been so long I forgot the causes and solutions...

But this is showing up ... on the sand bed as well as some small areas thruought on the rocks...

Nitrates -- between 0.00 to 0.25 ppm
P04 - bounces between 0.00 and 0.03

The red on rocks and sand looks like cyano, which is actually a bacteria. Start with increasing flow to get rid of it. If that doesn't help, read the many threads here on how to combat.

Green looks like ulva, and most any algae eater will eat it. I wouldn't worry much about it. Get something to nibble on it.
