Algae ID please

This stuff is kind of orange, thin threads and seems to come from a central spot and grows outward. There's not much of it, here and there on a few rocks and spots on the sand. The spots don't seem to get bigger, rather the threads get longer.
It's been there awhile. I'm recently doing my second treatment of fluconazole for bryposis (didn't leave it dwelling in the tank long enough and it started to come back after a few weeks)

Looks like a spaghetti worm to me

Yup... Spaghetti worm. Not algae, not harmful... excellent member of the cleanup crew.
