Algae ID please

Please help me if this algae. I recently upgraded my tank from a 55 to 75 and used the same live rock. This has been there a long time but I thought that after the upgrade it would go away with mostly new water and fresh sand bed. Tank doing great and is a mixed reef tank with good parameters. Possibly bacterial?

This picture is very close up but it just looks like white fuzz on rocks. Stays pretty tight to rock with no long strands. I thought hair algae gets long strands.

Its translucent white.
