Algae ID please!

Can anyone help me out with ID on this algae?

Kinda looks like Cyanobacteria.

Looks like the early onset of Dinos.

Dinos and cyanobacteria can have a very similar appearance. I tend to agree that this looks more like dinos based on its golden hue, but I'd put this under a microscope STAT and find out for sure.
