Algae id please

I got a small amount of this in some chaeto and the lfs said it was dragonsbreath. It is definitely not dragonsbreath. It has crept into the main tank and is trying to grow over the corals. Anyony know what it is and what eats it? It is very spongy and thick.

Here is a better pic. This is what has not worked so far.
1. Urchin
2. Hydrogen peroxide in tank with pumps shut off. Even on the pieces I take out it kills it but it comes back.
3. Added hermits and snails.

Any ideas? Problem is it is a 10 gallon nano so tangs are not an option.
