Algae ID + Question on Coraline Growth

Attached I I put a video of the algae in my tank. What kind is it? Diatom? Dino?

How could I treat it?

I had red slime in the past and I got rid of it with chemi-clean. It's gone from my system.

The system is a 10g tank. 2 week old sand. Almost 1 and a half year old tank. One jebao-pp4, one kessil a160we, 2 aqueon 50w pro heaters at ~80f and weekly 50% water changes with reef crystals.

I've decided to find a chemical route on how to take care of the algae since I already figured that the water changes will take care of any nitrate issues.

Also I have little to no coraline growth. How can I get it to explode? I don't dose anything. I figure that the 50% water changes will replenish any elements missing in the system.

Thoughts? Recommendations?

Also currently treating the tank with fluconazole. Added 1 tablet of reef flux. Almost done with the treatment then doing another 50% water change. Unsure if it'll have an effect on the algae or if it is the cause of the effect.

But this algae has been here for awhile now.
