Algae ID strange

Can anyone help me ID this algae?

How old is the tank? Struggle to make out the actual algae but the bubbles makes me think cyano. Does it come off easily?

Tank is about 7 months old. The bubbles seem to be mostly on that one rick which is by the return. It's a milky clearish color.

If you can't remove it easily I would say it looks like a type of sponge.
