Algae Id

I got some algae in my tank.. Im not sure what it is.. I had a GBTA that took off on a walk one night and ended up in a powerhead. Since then, Ive had this algae that I cant get id of..

Here is a picture, not very good quality, but you can see it..

It would help if the pic was not so blue. What color is the algae?

id say brown/maroonish, but some is translucent

The parameters are:

nitrate- 0
phosphate was 0.04 ppm

tested by Red sea test kits

Have you tried siphoning it out or vacuuming it. Did it come back after you did? You can always try h2o2 spot dosing.
