Algae id

Got this algae out of my overflow box it was just floating along the back glass not really connected to anything I don't see it in the tank other than in the overflow box I do feed nori sheets and my nasi and yellow tang do make a mess could it be sheets of nori that came over the overflow?

How does it smell? If it's really bad then it's probably leftover nori.

It does have a pungent odor
