Hey guys.. I'm just not sure what this is. I almost want to say cyano but some on the rock seems more "fuzzy" and not really "slimy"
Also have noticed a lot of detritus on my sandbed. I siphon a bunch out when I do water changes but it always seems to replenish quickly. Maybe I just can't get the powerheads figured out for the best flow?
It's a 20 gallon long. I have a Korali nano 425 and a Koralia 1.
I had two nano 425's but just didn't think it seemed like enough flow.
Have an AquaClear 50 hob with what came with it (the sponge, carbon and ceramics.)
I am going to get some filter floss and new carbon later this week and switch those out.
I have:
1 clownfish
2 scarlet hermit crabs
1 blue legged hermit
1 dwarf zebra hermit
2 Trochus snails
And 1 nassarius snail of it's even still alive.. can't find it anywhere.
Sg is 1.025
pH - 8.4 (?)
Nitrates - 0
Nitrites - 0
Ammonia - 0
I don't have any other test kits, just the API saltwater kit.
My lights run blues 12-7 and whites 2-5.
