Algae ID???

I'm trying to ID (good/bad) this algae type flower looking polyps I have been finding on my back glass. Good or bad? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Still too far and not clear enough. Does it look like bryopsis? Or a feather duster worm? Hard to see it sorry

No not at all. It looks like the top part/head of a feather duster.

Any possibility it's hydroids? Can't tell from the pic, but that's what your description sounds like.
