This green and red algae has been carpeting my sand bed over the last few months. Every time I remove as best I can by hand it comes back within a few weeks to as bad as you can see in the photos. I perform regular large water changes. I also only feed my fish an exact small amount only enough to where he eats all of it without and excess floating around in the tank so I don't think the problem could be overfeeding. I have no way to test my water myself except for salinity. If anyone could identify this tuff and help me get rid of it that'd be great!!

Funnily enough I installed a new LED fixture and had to use an additional outlet and unplugged my power heads. Soon after this cyano developed. Can't believe I didn't see what would happen!
