Algae id

Well some new algae is in my tank is stringy and green. Mainly shows up on sand and keeps coming back. I think it may be my worst fear Dino’s unfortunately but just want to make sure. Thanks

Hard to get a good picture sorry.

Any way I use ro water not sure of tds reading. And my last nitrate test had around 0 to 5 nitrates and .4 phosphate. Thanks

Oh yeah and I have no cleaning crew besides a foxface who does very little. Most of the trimming is done by my self.
