Help! How do I get rid of this?

That was my first thought.. as soon as I put my hand in there my clown fish starts attacking me lol

Would you take the rock out and scrub it or just leave it in the water and scrub it?

If you have pretty good flow and a sump or mechanical filtration , I'd do it in the tank. I usually blow the rocks off so nothing settles btw.

If is a sumpless without that stuff and the rock is easy to get out , yea take it out.

Although me, I'd just scrub it. IMO it's better then stirring up crud from the sand.
