Algae ID

Hello. Can someone help me identify this algea? It randomly began growing in my display and is the only patch of algae in the display. I have scrubbed it off once with a toothbrush during a water change so that it could be siphoned out...but it came back within a few days.

Appears to be a dinoflagellate or an oddball diatom.
