Not bubble algae, at least from what I can tell. Could be cyano or dinos.

I would start by figuring out where your nutrient export systems are not meeting the needs of your tank, possibly add some more nutrient export systems if you don't already have them (reactors with GFO, skimmers, chaetomorpha refugium, etc.). Reduce your feeding and photoperiod of the lighting until you get it under control. Consistency is key with these sorts of things, so always try to feed relatively the same amount at the same time every day and if you're doing water changes, try to do them as a regularly scheduled activity (I do mine weekly on Saturdays).

You can also put a dent in it by manually removing it with a brush and immediately removing it from the tank. I would suggest siphoning in the same area you are brushing. Also, some carbon on the tank would probably be a good idea if it is dinos.

OK I don't have a skimmer or a reactor it's a ten gallon tank and I was wondering what would be a good skimmer or reactor for it?

Also it has started to grow on one of my acan and I was wondering wat the best way to remove it would be?

Actually those aee small gas bubbles oodly enough.

Wow! They sure fooled me...

If your considering a skimmer you might want to look into the AquaticLife 115 Internal Skimmer. These things pack quite a punch IME, especially for the money. Definitely start using a brush on the rocks right before a water change though. Increasing the amount of circulation in the tank might help too. GL.
