Yes, I noticed thats really where the majority of it grew like a giant algea scrubber. It used to be a lot worse but I removed the whole crate and sprayed it with a hose. I dida half dose of dr tims waste away and skimmed wetter. Its coming back but a lot slower. I also grabbed a sea hare but he doesny have any interest in it so he mighy go to anoyher home and be replaced with snails.


Im just concerned where the fuel for the algea is coming from. I only feed one a week or so and very light at that. I have chinese black boxes but ive seen some other reports of par being up into 500's in tanks exactly the same dims some maybe that makes up for nutrients. Either way it is not nearly as bad as before.

Turbos and turbans would be my preference.

Might want to look into a different egg grate. Or just black if it’s affordable. Could be a cheap easy fix.
