Algae ID

I started getting this browish hair algae. I dont think its dino, cause no bubbles... my tank is only 2 months old, i have a t5 6 bulb fixture and i do run all 6 bulbs for at least 4 hours. Could it be cause of to much light? I also have this blackish dark brown dots all over my rock..

Yea well i have fish and all.. i have been feeding a lot too which now i cut down for a few days... here are some more pics
