Algae ID?

Dino's? NO3 too low?
Can someone help me ID? And come up with a remedy?

6 Month Old Tank (30G DT 20G Sump w fuge, skimmer, bio filtration)

No test for Mg

Looks like diatom to me. I see coral(s) in the tank, you should bump your SG up to 1.025.

Phosphate is somewhat high and nitrates are definitely low. Consider using activated carbon to reduce dissolved organic carbon in the tank. Organic carbon grows bacteria.
