Algae id?

im thinking it’s dinos, but at the same time I could see it being cyano, it’s brown and stringy, not a lot bubbles usually. It’s gotten better since this picture. This was with all water movement stopped, there are just strings of stuff almost perfectly still in the water. There’s a bit on the glass but this stuff just floats in the water.
