Looks like the beginning of coraline algae. If not desired, simply decrease whites by 15% and increase blue 20%

I see what look like balloon bubbles which would make me think dinos. Does it blow off easily with a turkey baster? Bubbles disappear at night? Indicative signs of dino.

Bubbles are always visable, but it looks and feels like a brown slime/snot. Rubs off very easily with just my finger. Not sure if this is some sort of cyano or dinos.

Do you have access to a microscope? Cyano will create bubbles as well but that doesn’t look like cyano to me.

No, I don't currently have any way of getting it under a microscope.
