This algae has started popping up recently. It’s not widespread and in maybe 3 or 4 localized spots. Ignore the bubble algae. Any idea what it could be?

I’ve had a lot of weird algae pop up in this tank that I haven’t encountered before in 11 years of reefing. I know mine isn’t cyanobacteria because it’s attached at the base. Plus I had a cyano outbreak a couple months ago, increased flow and lowered nutrients. My tank has been between 0 and 5 nitrates and po4 being near zero.
