Algae ID

[Slushi]

I'm past the diatom phase in my tank. Tank has been up since March. I have a pretty large bioload in my tank but an oversized skimmer and refuge. Nitrate is 10. Phosphate is 0.04. This has been consistent for a month or so. Is this beginning of coraline algae? Or something else?

This photo was taken under very bright whites so it seems to be a bit exaggerated.
