[Snoopdog]

This little sprig popped and before I make an rash judgement on it being a nuisance algae, what is it? It does not have the feathery look of bryopsis. Caulerpa Mexicana?

Almost looks like the beginnings of caulerpa. If so, it’s not a bad macro. Many keep it in the refugium for nutrient control.

If it is Mexicana I am getting that frag of it and harvesting the mess out of it. Chaeto is not growing worth a crap for me.

That is the same website I was looking it. For some reason my eyes kept passing over taxifolia, I am just glad it probably is Caulerpa
