It’s bryopsis and one of the hardest algae to battle
First remove as much as you can by hand and reduce white light intensity
The way to stop them is to eliminate the roots. You can remove with dental pick or small crochet needle but roots must be removed. If not- it will never go away.
flux may also work but can cause other chemistry issues
