Algae ID

Hey guys Im setting up a new tank with live rock and am about 3 weeks in. Anyone know what algae this is? Its growing on the glass sandbed and rocks, it almost looks like little patches of grass.

That is a much better picture.. a close up as close as possible would also help. I am no expert here by far so I will defer to those who are for ID.
